4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • 50% advance payment required before work commencement
  • Balance payment due upon project completion
  • Payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, or Cheque
  • Late payment charges may apply for overdue amounts

5. Project Timeline

Project completion timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

  • Surface preparation requirements

  • Client requirements and changes

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing access to the work area
  • Removing or protecting furniture and belongings
  • Ensuring adequate lighting and ventilation
  • Obtaining necessary permissions for exterior work

7. Quality Assurance

  • Professional workmanship standards
  • One-year warranty on workmanship
  • Touch-up services within warranty period

8. Limitation of Liability

Asian Paints Limited's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Force Majeure

Asian Paints Limited shall not be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or material shortages.

10. Dispute Resolution
